Delivery Timing
We strive to dispatch all orders on the same day or the next day after purchase. The delivery time depends on the distance from our store. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Southern India: 3 to 4 days after dispatch
Northern India: 7 to 8 days after dispatch
Eastern India: 9 to 10 days after dispatch
Please note: Orders placed on Saturday night or Sunday morning will be dispatched on Monday, as our courier partners are unavailable on Sundays.
Shipping Rate Chart Based on Weight.
- We charge a flat shipping rate of ₹75 for all standard deliveries up to 0.4 kg.
- For orders between 0.4 kg and 2 kg, the shipping rate is ₹95.
- Shipping costs will adjust automatically based on the total weight of your order and will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping and Packaging Information
- We ship and deliver products using polythene covers, glass bottles, and PET bottles. Each package is carefully wrapped in bubble packing and secured in carton boxes to ensure safe delivery.
- If you find that any products are damaged upon receipt, please feel free to request a replacement or a refund.
Courier Partners and Shipping Services
- Our eCommerce shipments are handled by Delhivery, FedEx, Ecom Express, and other reliable courier partners. For remote areas, we also utilize Indian Postal Service to ensure delivery coverage.
