  • Well cleaned prawns mix with salt and turmeric set aside to marinate for 1 hour.
  • Prepare spice mix for prawns pickle chilli, ginger,garlic adding a little bit vinegar prepare a smooth paste.
  • After frying prawns,fry the pickle paste,add salt if necessary and cook over 15 minutes medium hear. Allow it to cool completely.
